The rice husker is mainly used for hulling rice and realizing the separation of husk from the mixture of rice and paddy by bower fan, which fits paddy ratcheting and separation.
MLGT series paddy dehusker with Ram(weight) is really a good choice for rice hulling.

By virtue of a couple of face-to-face, non-uniform velocity rubber roll, under pressure, the machine squeezes and twines paddy so as to get rid of rice hull. And separates rice and blighted grains from the mixture through outside induced draft fan.
The biggest advantage is to realize the exchange of fast and slow roll by adopting gearbox. Therefore, when installed a couple of rubber, they can be run out at the same time.

The paddy is fed into the two rollers evenly after pass the drip plate (or feeding rollers and drip plate), the rollers in a same diameter rotating reversely in different line speeds, and the paddy is squeezed, rubbed and teared while it goes through the two rollers.
Most of the paddy is husked; afterward, the husk is separated out in the separating device; and then the rice husk is sucked out by the suction outlet.
